About Energy Storage News

This website contains news and musings about energy storage technology. Anyone who has visited my sister site TheWorldIsFinite will know that I do not believe that technology alone can allow growth oriented capitalism to live in harmony with the biosphere. I believe that far more radical changes than carbon free energy sources and greater manufacturing efficiency are required for human society to survive in a healthy state in the long term. Nevertheless I hold on to the hope that some parts of the renaissance, the enlightenment, and the scientific revolution will survive into an age of ecological intelligence.

This website is simply about one aspect of alternate energy technology which fascinates me, and not about comprehensive alternatives to the insanity of our current cultural paradigms.
